Good experience so far! There was a bit of a hiccup for the past few days as the app was down and now that the app is up it was missing the HTML code snippet to copy into my settings so I contacted customer support and they were quick to help and my problem is solved:) and it works very well. I also want to say that I have also tried a few other currency converters and this is definitely the best.

I was having initial issues with the app, however, Alex was available immediately to answer all my questions and help me set things right. Now the app works great!

Great app with updated currency rates, although the freedom of customization is not the best, you can edit the embed a lot, only pick an angle and color, great customer service though, especially the agent "Therese", would like to thank her personally, only 1 small comment at the customer service, I didn't like using the GIFs to much, looks unprofessional, but I know it's from valid intention.
We appreciate your input regarding the customization options and understand that more flexibility would enhance the user experience. Does the job fairly well, but there isn't a lot of options to customize. Mary who helped me with a few issues was amazing though! Great service!

Support funktioniert super. Schnelle und kompetente Antworten via Chat und Mail. Top! Ein Problem: Die App funktioniert nicht mit allen Apps. Es gibt ca. 10 Apps, die nicht mit dem MULTI CURRENCY CONVERTER funktionieren. Sehr schade... Hoffe, dass die Entwickler bereits daran arbeiten.

So far so good. I will say that their support staff is on the ball and very helpful. Let's hope the App experience is as good as the experience I had with the Tech Support Consultant John.

Very reactive chat and useful. good service client. I will recommend it. Maybe it will be good to have an option where the icon stays in the footer and not just always on the page.

I am very happy with this app, they only thing is that the currency is not processed at the check out but I believe that it is because of Shopify. I used the customer service chat once, I had a wonderful employee named Aroll who was fast, incredibly helpful and very kind. 10/10 for the customer service!
