The 24/7 chat is great. EJ responded to me instantly with my issue and was very helpful and super friendly. He helped figure out that the problem was not with the app but with my store theme and I was able to fix it straight away. I downloaded this app and set it up within minutes thanks to Trish. Trish went the extra mile and set things up for me by herself and made sure I got what I needed.Well done Nova for hiring such an amazing person! I also want to add that Nova itself did what other paid apps couldn't do and its simply finding the currencies i need.Also some features are paid in other apps and here are totally free.
