I needed a Shopify integrated app that will take care of my ordering. We don't keep stock and produce on an order by order basis. We sell items that consist of two components that come from two different suppliers, and I want to be able to send out PO's at the push of a button, with all relevant order information (SKU, dimensions, product image, etc.). I encountered some issues, related to items not being allocated to the suppliers, but Magic Bits, the developer of the app, was super responsive with their help and instructions on how to fix, and my issue was resolved quickly. Now, having tried it out for a bit, I changed the PO process to automatic, which will send out the PO's to my two suppliers without any interference on my end, avoiding any possible delays.

The app is incredible and saves hours of time for my stores, we recently installed it on a new store and came across an issue where we could not generate multiple PO's for a product with custom and shopify products mixed- issued a support ticket and their team came back telling me that they were already working on it and enabled a BETA feature on my account which solved the challenge instantly- bravo for making support great again!! Such a powerful app.

Our store has many apps that use and by far this app is the best we have used. The customer service is impeccable. We always receive a prompt response and a solution is always provided. If the app doesn't have a feature we need, Dan and his team are quick to help us and make things happen!

This app has proved to be invaluable! It does exactly what was needed. Orders from Shopify needed to be automatically created as PO’s to be sent to our main vendors. As we started using it, there were a few very specific options we needed for our business. I emailed Dan and he had the solution every time, even making additions to the app for our needs. I have been using this app for about 3 months. We have used it for stock orders as well as drop shipments. The process is pretty seamless. It does exactly what a needed it to do and does it well. The couple of tweaks that I suggested to the developer were finished almost immediately. One was just overnight. AMAZING! This app is a must-have for our business.

Right off the bat... Dan is awesome! Not only is the app amazing but Dan is always available (Do you sleep Dan?) whenever you need help (not often). I have made a couple of requests to have things added to the App and Dan has implemented them. If you want to save time then this App is for you. Once you set it up (follow the instructions) it runs smooth. PO's can be sent automatically to your vendors. All you have to do is receive and archive your PO's. Easy! Multiple vendors on one PO? No prob, This App will auto split and send them. Dan is the man! Best service from any App I have tried. Great communication with timely action and responses!

Deze app helpt ons gemakkelijk alle informatie die een klant invoert tijdens het bestelproces overzichtelijk weer te geven voor ons en onze leveranciers. We liepen tegen wat kleine dingen aan, waarvan we niet wisten hoe we dit moesten veranderen. Na veel uitproberen hebben wij Support gemaild, en werden wij keurig, snel en goed geholpen. Onze vragen werden beantwoordt en de dingen die wij veranderd wilde hebben werden voor ons aangepast. Aan een kant jammer dat de app niet geheel zelf aan te passen is, of wellicht maar tot bepaalde hoogte begrijpbaar voor ons. Maar samenvattend: top service en handige app!

This is a really easy to implement app that will help you automate your PO's if you are a dropshipper. Putting in a little time to set it up properly will save you loads of time as your business grows. The formatting of the PO's is really clear, with shaded lines and an area for custom information, so your pick/pack team can easily read the orders as they come in. And you can split PO's easily and automatically if you have an order where there are multiple locations involved. The developer, Dan, was really helpful in getting us up and running, very responisive. This app will save us loads of time, and make sure our orders are sent correctly. We had tried a couple of other PO automating apps - they were either too complex or badly formatted...this one is "just right"! Thanks Dan :)

The app provides all the features it says in a really easy to use method but I cannot get my suppliers email clients (I have 4 different suppliers) to stop sending the emails to spam. I have confirmed my email within the Auto Purchase Orders app but they still get sent to spam. Is there any way to fix this? I am about to remove the app if not, because its actually adding more work making sure my suppliers actually got the emails.

This app provided what others did not- an ability to customize a field in my PO. I had some questions and Dan was amazing. He got back to me immediately and helped me to implement the changes I requested. If only all app developers could be like Dan! This app is also much more intuitive and straight forward than I found Stocky to be.

Very convenient. It helps me organize orders every step of the way - expected deliveries, mark each PO once deliveries have been received and can mark the PO as completed once settled.

We recently downloaded this app to be used in Shopify as we were struggling to show the SKU on the current purchase order system that Shopify has set up. After speaking with Shopify they recommended I used this app 'Auto Purchase Orders'. The app is perfect! It shows the SKU just as we needed and the format is really user friendly. You raise orders very similar to the in house version on Shopify but it allows me to have the SKU show on the purchase order on Shopify and when the PO is exported to be sent to a supplier. You can also have the PO emailed automatically which is so handy! We needed the product image to show on the purchase orders and also the pricing to be hidden. After speaking to Dan at Magic Bits he managed to make these changes and apply them to our Shopify. He was really helpful and made the changes quickly. Now we have an app that we can use to create the purchase orders exactly how we need them! Highly recommend!
