DO NOT use this app — catastrophic failure during our Black Friday launch Listen, I’m usually one to give the benefit of the doubt. But what happened to us with JD Auto Schedule is so huge and so damaging that I need other merchants to learn from this before it happens to them. We integrated this app to handle sales pricing and automation for our biggest weekend of the year. It failed — massively. Pricing throughout our entire store went haywire, dozens of SKUs showed incorrect or at‑cost pricing, and we were scrambling at midnight to prevent a full meltdown. We had to pull 5,000+ SKUs, deal with 40+ vendors, and move items to draft just to stop the bleeding. We’ve now had two major catastrophic issues with this app — and yes, we stayed loyal after the first screw‑up hoping you’d fix things. But this second failure, during our Black Friday launch, is inexcusable. If you are a Shopify store owner and use this app: • Expect zero guarantee that pricing will stay correct under load. • Expect tons of manual cleanup in the aftermath. • Expect major revenue loss and reputation damage. • Assume that support will be limited and you’ll be fighting fire while your site is live. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. We trusted this plugin and it betrayed us. Move along, find another solution, or prepare for things to go sideways.

Auto Schedule has been a great addition to our workflow. Claudia’s support has been consistently excellent, quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. The new CSV import tool is exactly the kind of improvement merchants appreciate. It makes setting up scheduled promotions in bulk so much faster, especially when planning discounts or product drops ahead of time! What stands out is how responsive the team is. They listen to real merchant pain points and ship features that actually solve them. The automation works reliably; scheduled discounts, publish/unpublish tags, and timed changes all run without babysitting. If you’re looking to automate sales, discounts, and other timed updates without staying up past midnight, this app does the job really well. Highly recommended.

I use Auto Schedule to plan daily drops for my vintage store, and it’s been a game changer. The CSV import feature has saved me hours of manual work each month. The support team is responsive and genuinely listens to feedback — they’ve even implemented changes based on my suggestions. Highly recommended!

Easy to set up and figure out how to use. I would have liked to be able to have a countdown for just setting up a product to unpublish, however the end date has to be entered in order to use this feature - They were really helpful and explained a work around for this, and this app is going to make things a lot easier going forward!

Very useful app to schedule promotions and their end beforehand. Finally no team-member has to manually switch prices around midnight. Support is very responsive and helpful.

Hi Alejandro, Sorry that you had a problem but I'm glad we got it sorted for you :-) As we discussed, its not possible for our app to work after it has been uninstalled. But, products can remain unpublished if uninstalled half way through a schedule. I've been using Auto Schedule for my luxury dog accessory brand barkavenue.co.uk to schedule product drops. It has been very reliable and products appear on my store right on time. Also, thank you to Claudia for the support when I had a question! Fantastic service and great addition to my store

JD Auto Schedule is a great tool to utilize when needing to create custom hours for item availability for your Shopify Store. Their support team is very helpful and willing to work on changes to improve functionality. I got a response within the hour and was able to coordinate a meeting to receive guidance on how to optimize my online store. Jamie's a great lad. Thanks

This is the worst app I've ever installed. Completely messed up my store. Put my entire store on sale. No way to edit or revert back. Had to contact Shopify support and waste time fixing it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Hello and thank you for your review I'm sorry to learn that you had a problem with our app and I would like to clarify what happened. Firstly, to be clear, our app does not randomly put entire stores on sale and it does have an option to revert back changes. After reviewing the logs, it seems that you specifically set a schedule to apply a 20% discount to all the products in your store and then while the discount was running, you uninstalled the app leaving you with no way to revert the changes. We have contacted you twice now in an attempt to understand better what has happened and to put things right for you. However, we have not had a reply. Has made automating launches/closures a breeze. For smaller stores, this is a five star app. For larger stores, it could be improved with a search feature for the schedules - if you manage a large number of projects like us, it can be difficult to navigate. EDIT: (July 6 2023) The team has added a search feature that solves the issue entirely, so I have updated this to five stars! I can wholeheartedly recommend this app for stores of all sizes!!
