App works as intended, and Chelsey went out of her way to help me, even when I ran into issues that were my own fault or caused by something other than their app. Best customer service I have ever had for any Shopify app from a team that is genuinely there to help! Thank you!!

We got this app for the first site we have ever built. Paul has answered all my questions and fixed some errors that I had made while setting up. It is rare these days to get such quick and good service. I Highly recommend this company.

Amazing app. We have many complex shipping rules and this app makes everything so much easier. Love how we can set rules based on product tags.

Their support has been fantastic every time I've reached out, even when I'm the one who broke something! They have a really nice app here. Shopify lacks one key thing with Shipping Profiles, and that's rules and automatic assignments based on tags, collections, or other criteria. If you have 100s of products, updating which profile they are in is tedious. Enter this app, where you can configure rules to automatically assign/remove products between profiles. Worth every cent.

Tip-top. This app helped us set up an unbelievably complex shipping schema for a huge catalog with a large number of warehouses. Great support, really responsive.

This app is a lifesaver. We had a specific use case where we needed to automate the adding/removing of products to different shipping profiles based on inventory availability between Amazon and our 3PL—worked like a charm! I had a question and support got back to me right away.
