Sandiya was able to resolve my issue quikcly, understanding the urgency needed and helping to resolve immediate issues our business was facing, syncing old orders to get caught up before a sales call the next day. she was very caring, and extremely helpful!!!! I had some issues connecting our TikTok account and I contacted customer support. Sadhan connected with me and helped me through the entire process. He made sure that we sorted out every problem together. #1 customer support I have received from any Shopify app!

Great app. Helped me to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop, thereby bringing my products to a greater audience. Karan has also been fantastic in helping me sort the technical issues I faced whilst trying to sync the products.
