staff are very helpful with any questions you have!! i am having a difficult time understanding everything and the site itself but the staff helps a lot so you're not so confused

I paid for a SMS pro subscription and it never worked. They told me to give it few days and it still never worked. Don't waste your money. There is no one to talk to and they will take forever to respond.

Automizely SMS is amazing. It is great! I really love all the SMS features. They work great and upgrades are FREE! I love it. The customer service is really friendly and responds within seconds. I would for sure recommend it!

I mainly use this app for abandoned cart SMS messages. However the pop-up campaigns are very easy to setup and have great templates to get you started. The live chat support team is always quick to respond, courteous, and able to deliver resolution quickly. Looking forward to the expanded SMS features.
