staff are very helpful with any questions you have!! i am having a difficult time understanding everything and the site itself but the staff helps a lot so you're not so confused

Fast customer service. we were having trouble with omnisend and Kumar helped us ASAP, we really needed to get our texts out because of the holiday weekend!

Automizely SMS is amazing. It is great! I really love all the SMS features. They work great and upgrades are FREE! I love it. The customer service is really friendly and responds within seconds. I would for sure recommend it!

I mainly use this app for abandoned cart SMS messages. However the pop-up campaigns are very easy to setup and have great templates to get you started. The live chat support team is always quick to respond, courteous, and able to deliver resolution quickly. Looking forward to the expanded SMS features.

Great support and great app! I've requested to increase the number of sms per month and there was no problem for the staff. You can customize the message and the timing to be sent. Recommended!
