My experience with Christian was very useful i love that I was not rushed as was able to have exceptional customer service by walking me through step by step. It's great that it offers a free plan, so starting merchants can afford it without big investments. Also, the 24/7 support chat is great, Hana and Toby did amazing job solving our problem!

Just starting using this app, but so far it is working nicely. Had some questions about a feature I expected but couldn't find. Pamela from the chat based tech support answered them quickly and concisely. That is a godsend.

Could not rate the customer service more highly, they deserve 10 stars! Had a persistent issue with order mutliples/minimum order quantity not working in our locked wholesale section of store. The Avada team chatted with me on and off for a whole day, and a few days later the whole thing was fixed! Really great customer care and follow through from Alyssa, will definitely continue to use and recommend their products.
