Just starting using this app, but so far it is working nicely. Had some questions about a feature I expected but couldn't find. Pamela from the chat based tech support answered them quickly and concisely. That is a godsend.

Could not rate the customer service more highly, they deserve 10 stars! Had a persistent issue with order mutliples/minimum order quantity not working in our locked wholesale section of store. The Avada team chatted with me on and off for a whole day, and a few days later the whole thing was fixed! Really great customer care and follow through from Alyssa, will definitely continue to use and recommend their products.

I needed the option to create a min / max order for each of my products. I downloaded the app and it worked great. If you need any help just ask them in the chat. I had no delays and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend this app. I dont know the company or anyone who works at Avada.
