The team has fixed the issue with special code edits for me....would be 5 star if this was a user controlled function native in the app. Updated to 4 stars. Still missing the customer tag function to allow special rules for customers by tag. Collection Limit does not work as you might think. The App tries to enforce the limit immediately on any product in the collection. For example if you want to require a min of 3 products from a collection, it hijacks your product page and defaults the add to cart qty to 3. It's OK that the warning exists "you must buy 3 products from this collection to complete checkout" but the App should not immediately try to force the customer to add 3 of the same product to the cart...let the customer build the cart with the products they want, default add to cart should stay at 1. Or a other fix would be to add an option for the default add to cart qty to be a setting in the app, let me choose what to set it at. Developer wants 1-2 days to consider a fix. I might just try another App as I see some Apps (i.e. Minmaxify Order Limits) also allow settings based on customer tags and cost the same. Very little options in this App

I found the app quite easy to follow once I used the step by step instructions. I liked that there was someone available straight away to speak to as well, as I did need to ask a few questions. Nim in particular was very helpful and gave good advice. My only concern about the app is the $9.99 fee for the basic package (one note on the website to advise customers of a minimum spend) seems a little steep.

Mia from their support team helped me out very fast and she was so helpful. This product is a lifesaver and will prevent literally 100% of accident order by the costumers and will definitely help me manage my products much much easier. Great App, and AMAZING prices and free trial and discount!

We have been using the Avada Order Limits Quantity app for two of our websites and plan to install it on two more. It's one of the rare apps that fits our purposes perfectly. Our use of the app required some modifications to fit our model, and every time we need help, modifications, or customizations, the team is available to assist. Day or night, weekend or weekday, there is always someone to take care of us. From the friendly customer service team to the efficient tech team, including Tiana, Lydia, Palema, Melody, Kevin, and Ricky, everyone is wonderful! The app allows you to set practical limits on customers, products, collections, and the cart, ensuring you can implement it in a way that works for you. Great app from a great team!

It's important for our store to cater to tiered customers. The Avada Order Limits Quantity app helps us set up and control who can buy more items, and set limits for each customer segment. We can now set limits for different situations and customer tags. The app provides many tools to accomplish this task and handles them well. The support is amazing—they were available 24/7.
