“Outstanding support experience” Julie from Avada was extremely helpful in walking me through the setup of order limits. She clearly explained how to block repeat purchases by email and guided me step-by-step until I understood exactly how to configure it. Excellent Support & Powerful App! I’ve been exploring ways to better manage product restrictions on my Shopify store, and Avada Order Limits has been exactly what I needed. The app is intuitive, easy to set up, and packed with the features I was looking for to control minimum and maximum quantities. But what really made the experience exceptional was Penelope from the support team. She was incredibly kind, patient, and clear in answering all my questions. I needed to set up a specific rule for my Shopify store and came across this app it did not disappoint. The setup was smooth, easy to manage, and the interface is user-friendly. I also reached out to their support team (Lydia, was so nice and helpful), and they guided me through every step. They were extremely helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this app to any store owner looking for reliable and efficient functionality.
