The Avis Team will go above and beyond to help their users. I strongly recommend using Avis Product Options! I'd like to give a big shout out to Claire who had a great attitude and dedication to fixing our issue. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Developer Henry for actioning the fix and solving the issue which such pace. Furthermore thanks to Sam who took over the chat whilst I was inactive, all of your service is amazing. Keep smashing it guys!

Great support from Lucy. She offered a workaround to manage stock by using the bundle/ add-charge feature, which links a real product in the store to the option. So far I'm very happy with the app!

We started using this after using 2 other apps. Although the other apps were good and did what we wanted, with Avis Product Options I have been able to do everything both those apps did and more. We love the Live Preview option; it can be a bit fiddly and time consuming when first starting out with it and getting to know the ins and outs, but it is well worth it in the end. I did require tech support as the app was clashing with another, but after a 5 min chat with Judy and 30 mins later, Henry had it was all sorted out. So far, I can't fault this app or the support.
