I did not find them helpful. I googled it after being confused for 30 minutes and found it within 30 seconds by googling the issue.

The "Add Charge" feature for additional variants doesn't always work. Depending on how the customer chooses to check out (via the cart, other payment methods, etc.) it will or will not work. It also randomly charges shipping on digital products. I've reached out to support and they say they can not control that. I've lost hundreds of dollars having to honor products that were never paid for but included on receipts. I'll have to find a different way to let clients add optional files.

We encountered an issue with the order where the app failed to display the customer's selected option. This required us to individually contact each customer. Initially, the app performed well and we implemented numerous options across our site. However, we started receiving bot orders on avis options. We seeked out their support back and forth, and we continued to receive bot orders. We appreciated their quick responses, however, towards the end, the responses we received regarding the bot issues were quite vague. So we had to find and switch to another app and recreate all option sets to replace all avis options we ever created. As we came to realize that this was what we could do ourselves. It was quite exhausting... as we had created so many avis options by the time. So unfortunately, it ended up sadly for us.
