Excellent Customer service, exceptionally fast reply and issue resolving. 5 star for Lucy customer service. I personally Recommend it to all shopify users especially for the nice CSS that matches your shopify theme!

Ich habe lange nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, wie meine Kunden einfach ein Bild für ihre personalisierten Produkte hochladen können – und mit Avis habe ich endlich die perfekte Lösung gefunden. Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen, sieht professionell aus und lässt sich wunderbar in meinen Shop integrieren. Der Support war auch schnell und hilfsbereit – besonders Anne war einfach fantastisch und hat mich bestens unterstützt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Lucy, Anne and Vivian from the Avis Team were fantastic! Fast replies, clear communication and genuinely helpful the whole way through. Also thanks to the Dev Kiera for pinpointing fixes and using smart enhancements that actually stuck, smoothing out our customiser on both desktop and mobile. Couldn’t ask for better support: quick, friendly and effective.

We are very happy with this app. The app is very user friendly and it allows us to display our variations perfectly for our 70K sku catalog. Sam and rest of the support team are always there when you need and they are highly professional.

We are LOVING this app. We tried several different option apps and this has been the best by far. Easy to use and support has been great. Only one bit of feedback was that we moved from another option app to Avis. I found it very tricky to consolidate my old app export file with the Avis import file. It would have been amazing to get more assistance with this process, but acknowledge that the support may not be able to go through every businesses option import data as it would be huge and time consuming. Apart from that, as mentioned above, amazing app!

I had a great experience with the Avis Product Options app. The support from Lucy was amazing – very fast, friendly, and helpful. She guided me through everything with patience and made sure my store was set up exactly as I needed. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!

Needed an App, but didn't want to pay as new and at an early stage of Shopify and shop development. I chose an app for my needs with good star ratings and a high number of start ratings. After a few installs and poor (failed) efforts by other App developers, I chose AVIS - and WOW. From 2 minutes in, the support was exceptional. I'm of an elder age, have worked in customer service for 30 years and am very critical of poor service. This was far from poor, it was (again) exceptional. AYLIN from the Avis Team was brilliant, polite, professional, clear and very very helpful. Thank you AYLIN.
