This company is incredible. The customer service is top notch, super fast and they are available 24/7. Sam and Kiera are especially friendly and helpful. Everything I asked for they made happen. Big fan of Avis!

The customer support is truly excellent. Whenever there is a problem, their team responds very quickly and helps resolve the issue efficiently. They are professional, helpful, and make sure everything is fixed as fast as possible. It’s very reassuring to know that such a responsive support team is available when needed.

We’ve been very happy with the Avis Product Options app. It’s affordable, intuitive, and easy to use — even for those without extensive technical experience. The app offers all the features we need and more. With thousands of products and varying levels of customization and personalization, we require a flexible and reliable solution. Before selecting Avis, we tested several other options. This app stands out as one of the few that supports conditional logic based on Shopify variants — not just conditional logic within the app itself. It also handles product bundling with additive pricing per piece(s) selected. We’ve been equally impressed with the Avis support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anne, in particular, has been wonderful to work with — quick to respond and collaborate on tailored solutions to our requests.

I've tried basically all other popular product options app, but this one seems most promising so far. The support has been incredibly helpful. Lucy, Kiera and Anne were able to resolve all issues for me.
