I had a few issues with the app that I'm not sure if it's just my website or if every app user has the same issues, but the customer service team has been helpful and responsive at all times of the day. Henry, Aylin, Lucy as well as everyone else directed me well. I haven't launched my new version of the website yet because of how long this took (we have lots of options) but I'm sure if I had problems they will be quick to assist.

Application qui m'a sauvé mon organisation pour une collaboration avec une marque à venir. J'ai eu quelques soucis d'installation, car pas mal de variantes, et de choix (très bon point au passage). I installed the price add-on feature and initially had some challenges with matching the option style to my store’s theme. Fortunately, their customer support is top-notch! Hena, from the support team, went above and beyond to resolve all my issues. Currently, I'm using the trial to see how well this feature integrates with my store, and I'm likely to go for a paid plan if everything continues smoothly. Kudos to the team!
