**Outstanding Support & Impressive App Functionality!** I had an amazing experience with Emily's support! Emily and Lucy are super responsive and incredibly helpful! Whenever I get stuck, they patiently walk me through everything—even things I couldn’t figure out myself. Their developer, Jayden, has also been amazing—he helped me adjust my swatch sizes and even assisted with some backend customizations. Great support team all around!

LUCY and the developer KIERA from the Avis Team were incredibly helpful! I needed some development work to update the styling of my new option button to match the original design of my website, and they nailed it. Once I gave them collaborator access, they quickly created and implemented the custom code needed. On top of that, they generously added free features to help me configure add-on charges for option values, along with an add-charge notification. The product is excellent, and the support team is fast, responsive, professional, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I had to change the product option app I used for many years because I wanted to use the Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer app and it wasn't compatible, leading to issues during the checkout process. There seem to be only few product option apps that are compatible with cart upselling apps like Opus. The Avis Product Options app is a 100% compatible with Opus though. It works seemlessly together, I'm really happy! First, I just wanted to use their free version. But this already works so well, and has so valuable features embedded - plus a fantastic customer service delivered by JUDY and LULLA - that I quickly decided to upgrade to a paid level with the annual plan to make the most out of this app. And this got me really all I want to customize my product options in my shop, including a matching look & feel with shop / product pages. It's easily 10x better than what I ever used before for my product options. Highly recommended!
