I downloaded 4 different product variant apps looking for one that could do what I needed with a good user interface. This one (Avis) is the best one I found. The second I installed it a help chat popped up with an actual REAL PERSON asking me if I needed any help. Judy & Aylin were with me throughout my entire process, always available to answer my questions. I've never had such a phenomenal customer chat experience. This app even had the ability for an add on gift wrap option I'd been paying an entirely separate app for. Now I have all my add ons and variant customizations through one app for half the price. Interface is easy to understand and has so many options. Every potential issue I had, Judy & Aylin were able to either fix or help me find the setting for. Highly recommend this app.

Very good app with lots of options and availability to do lots of things, such as including priced add ons without having them as a product on your site, which I found a lot of other apps didn't provide. You can also customise the style to match your store, so you can't tell it is another app which is very helpful. Aylin, one of the chat service agents ran through and helped me to navigate all the steps to setting up my option set and was very attentive and patient. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for an app to integrate on their store.
