Mind blown. This app has everything I need, and the support from Emily was the best I've ever experienced when installing an app (she was there in the Chat, a real person, at 6am my time!). Excited to see the impact on my AOV of my new add ons.

This is by far the best support I've seen in awhile thank you Anne, They will do everything to sort out any issues fast, They are supper nice. The app is amazing with so many awesome features. I'm new to this app. it's simple to learn, but by far the best variant app on shopify.

Over 24 hours I have been helped by 4 wonderful women. Hena, Andrea, Lucy and Emily. I really struggled to ge my head around what I had to do but they messaged back so quickly and produced videos to help me understand better. I had previously downloaded a differnet APP and was waiting over 50 minutes for assistance. Not with this APP, they are available all day everyday and I waited no longer than a few minutes each time. Very kind, knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much x

Update: They have revamped the app recently for user experience apparently and it's awful! Instead of things being on one page it's now multiple tabs, creating options now takes longer. All our templates are no longer in order, only 8 templates per page, it was user friendly with a great UI and they have ruined it. Sure add new features but it just feels over engineered now, why fix something that wasn't broken! Listing new products today which required new options made me not want to bother it's dreadful. May look at moving on from this once great app.
