Trying to make signifanct changes to our website. It has been a large learning curve for us. The team makes it so much easier for us to get answers. they answer very quickly and are extremely patient which I truly appreciate. another note this app is great for merchants that want to extend their online store past Shopify limits with options and variants. I would recommend.

The app is great with a lot of customisation for the product options, as well as customisation for Shopify options and the customer service from the team is always prompt and helpful :)

Would be really good if we can have slider and ability to add +% to overall price of product on avis but other than that it is perfectly fine. Especially support team is so helpfull and fast. Appreciate for all the helps for our website.

I recently made the switch to this app and the instantly fell in love with it. The app integrated so well with my custom theme. There were a couple items I needed help with, but Emily and Chloe were fantastic in helping me get these items resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this app for what it offers and their customer service.

I ended up uninstalling this app, just due to the constant frustration of the "support" team informing that an issue was resolved, that actually wasn't; and they dragged it on for 3 DAYS!! I've been VERY understanding and patient and I don't feel VALUED as a customer from the support team. There are so many more apps with so many features, even included in Free plans, that I could use and that's exactly what I'll do! The support team didn't make me feel "supported" as a customer. The issues that this app was reflecting on my LIVE site has caused so much confusion with my customers and IM SO OVER IT!! This app has wasted my time entirely!! UGHHHH!!!!

This app is superb and I love how Luffa, Noah, and Emily explain everything. They also showed me the exact thing I needed for this app via Loom Video. I love their customer service. I recommend this to another e-commerce store. I am so much happy after finding the right app for my store. They were also the ones who did the custom logic inside my store.
