Lucy and Luffa are fantastic at problem resolution. I sent them an issue i was having with the image hover for my option set, and the resolve it for me within an hour. Amazing!

I've always had great customer service from the team and quick feedback. If I've ever had issues with implementing a feature, they are quick to respond and able to trouble shoot the issue with me. I thought the price point was high when I first installed the app, but as I use it I would say the price is very appropriate for the level of service and customizations. Luffa has been great, quick to resolve, and offers solutions that I hadn't thought of regarding design and layout.

Great app with everything you need to make proper custom products, but even better than that, the customer support team and developers are there for you in case you want to add any other features. They are a proper responsive team that listen and take the time to add whatever is missing. Super recommended!

I've really enjoyed using this app for my Shopify store! I reached out using the chat feature to assist with some options for my website and Emily was SO HELPFUL and kind. I have tried other product variant apps but their free versions were so limiting unlike the free option Avis has. I can add all of the customization options I need through this app and I can even change the way the customization text and colors appear! I am a very beginner at website design and this tool was very intuitive and if I have any questions I know that the Avis team will be very helpful.

I've only just started using this app, but so far so good! I was able to add all the customizations I needed to and the customer service rep I spoke with (Emily) was very helpful in figuring out some small details! Right now, I'm on the free plan but if sales justify it, will absolutely upgrade.

I would like thank CP Luffa for helping me with my long list of options. The Luffa's help I was able to make some changes that I didn't know how to make. I'm coming from Bold Options now known as SC Options and their CS was not helpful at all.
