We have been developing and testing our store and are now ready to go live after discovering this app had all the functions we needed. Integration with our theme was a bit problematic but SO fast and AWESOME support that helped us customize and set up everything just like we wanted it and fixed our small issues really well and fast. Highly recommend this app to everyone.

Judy, Artemis and Jay have been excellent when I have messaged them. I had a few problems with the code and have messaged back and forth multiple times and each and every time they were able to come to a resolution. Highly recommend their service, second to none.

This app works great for creating options, and it's free! Not only that, it stopped functioning when I activated another app, and the support team went in and fixed it. Very very pleased.

This app makes it possible for my company to do business on the shopify platform. Shopify is very limited on the number of configurations it allows in variants to build a product. This app makes my exceptionally custom products configurable to the exact way my customers expect to be able to order their products. Ran into a bug in the app and the customer service was able to get a developer on my problem and find the bug in the code and have it fixed in less than 12hrs from time of report.

Great app with a wonderful support team! The function is complete. For me, it helps to solve problems like listing different sizes and bundles. It is definitely worth trying before giving money to subscribe to other apps.

This app is overall really intuitive and has a great feature set. However, they allow placeholder product images on the final checkout screen, and the app devs are completely incapable of explaining where those are controlled or why they allowed these images in the final flow. Its been incredibly frustrating to get straight answers about this so we're moving on to another app.

There are a few things that I would like to clarify to you and all merchants who are reading this to avoid any misleading or unclear information: The custom items created using our Add charge feature are recognized by Shopify as Virtual products, which do not include a description picture, thus will appear with the Shopify Default Placeholder image. The reason why we are unable to add pictures for the Virtual products is that Shopify does not support them at all. This matter has been raised in the Shopify Community for a long time and up until now, no support or solution has been given from Shopify Support. Here is a related post where one of the Shopify Experts _ Alex confirmed that Shopify does not support images being added to custom items:https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apis-and-sdks/how-to-attach-image-thumbnails-to-draft-order-w-custom-line/td-p/552986 AvisPlus team has been and will keep on working with Shopify Support and Developers to find a solution for this. The app has great detailed instructions on how to set everything up. You can choose options from drop downs, text, buttons, and you can even add color swatches. I like the conditional formatting option as well. I wanted to change the size of the padding between the text and the border of the field and couldn't figure out how to do it myself so I reached out to customer support through the app and was quickly helped by Artemis. My request was solved quickly and easily. Great customer service! I would highly recommend this app to anyone needing customizations fields on their page.
