Super awesome app! I've tried a number of paid apps for product options and Avis Options Variants blows them out of the water. Hands down!! The app is super fast -- product pages load just as fast, with no impact on performance when adding products to the cart (unlike other apps :). Options' settings are feature rich and are really intuitive to configure. Integrating the look and feel of custom product options with the existing store design was a breeze. The app also works seamlessly with Shopify's variants. The support team is superb! Judy was able to answer all of my questions promptly, even on a weekend. And, was also very helpful in configuring design and extra charges settings for the product options on our website. Highly recommend the app!

Our shop specializes in value added services on top of our regular sales, and we sell quite a few unusual items that have odd customization requirements that are challenging to deal with smoothly on most platforms. Not only does this app provide valuable tools for setting up these sorts of customization options, but the technical support with any challenges or problems we had was timely, courteous, detailed, and extremely helpful. Judy and Sergei were even able to help make adjustments on the back end for us to disable all instances of dynamic buttons that were causing interference with the operations we required, and we had received similarly stellar support months earlier when we were first setting up the new website ahead of our migration to the Shopify platform.

I have tried several free and paid trial apps before I found Avis. Despite being a free app, it is packed with customizable features and even has fast and helpful customer service! They were able to assist me and solve the problems I was facing with the app.

I tried out several product option apps, but ultimately found this one to be the best one for the price point. There were a couple of tweaks needed for my store and Avis support helped me resolve my issues quickly. I highly recommend this app.

The app is just what I was looking for. In the beginning, it didn't work and when I contacted the support, they immediately solved the issue and responded very quickly. And the problem was not about the app, it was about a conflict in the code of the Theme. I strongly recommend it to anyone who want to customize their products. It has very cool features and you have full control over any aspect of it.

I've been looking for an affordable/free app to use to add on accessory items to certain products I sell. For example, I sell incense and want to be able to allow people the option to also buy an incense burner when they purchase incense. Up until now, I've just been creating variants in the Shopify store - one variant just for the incense and another variant for the incense with an incense burner. This was very inefficient and creates logistical problems with my inventory. But now, with this app, I can simply list my incense as-is and give people the option to add an incense burner without creating unnecessary variants. All in all I'm very happy with this app, it does exactly what I want it to do, customer service is excellent and I'm so happy that it's free! I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to sell add-on items or accessories to your existing product lines

love the variety of options we can have, been using this for a handful of months now and really like it. support has been incredibly useful and quick when we've needed it. my only issue is that it doesn't work with the shopify subscription app but we're finding ways to work around that
