The AvisPlus app is easy to use and fast. Setting up my entire store took less time than expected and was easier than the app I replaced. Duplicating similar options and making minor tweaks makes the process a snap and helps in keeping the option prices consistent throughout the store. The app on the frontend is faster than my previous app as well, it has only been a week and I have noticed my speed score go up a few points and load times are blazing fast. The app I was using before actually de-ranked every single one of my mobile pages and caused many problems within my google search console. The other app also interfered with getting verified reviews by creating temporary products which auto-deleted after 30 days. I did have some compatibility issues with one other app but I was able to find and install a similar app within an hour. AvisPlus is a product options app but where they really shine is in their customer support. I have thrown many requests at them and they have completed them to my liking very quickly. A simple chat initiated from the backend and usually I have someone helping me within 15-20 minutes most of the time. They understand their product and their customers and the fix has been done as needed on the first try. They assisted with getting the css dialed in to match my website without hesitation. Excellent app and excellent people to work with. Don't hesitate to use this app.

This app is super easy to setup and use. AND the support is fantastic. I needed help adjusting how my custom fields appeared on my product pages and they very quickly helped me out. Very pleased so far with my experience with this app.

The customer service has been great - I struggle with technology and have needed their help several times. Support has been fast and very helpful. Love the ability to add options that shopify does not carry.

I love how easy it is to use this app! I also love how there are tutorials to walk you through if you don't know what to do. I wanted the description of my product to appear before the list of items to select and the AvisPlus team handled it so professionally and gave me exactly what I asked for. I previously edited the code in the theme code for a personalised text box which was fine. But this app enables you to do far more, design, create more then one text box, placeholder text etc. They also helped me with a feed into order printer app, so i can bulk print orders off. Before I had to print off orders one at a time using the manual coding method. Only issue I have found was if an option has an additional cost, that cost is only added if paid via the cart/checkout process. You will need to switch off dynamic payments as it will not add any extras that way. I have instead created variants for these options that have additional charges which gets around the issue and still have paypal apple pay etc. Communication and help: I have needed support even on a bank holiday and they have gone into my site and sorted any issues out very quickly. Some apps may say they work and not have any issues but until you need support you dont know how good they are. these guys have been fantastic. Speed: This app is worth a slightly slower load time, testing has showed ranges from 200ms to 800ms which the guys are working on for me. The fact customers can clearly input their options will increase conversions.
