This app gets a lot of the basic needs done in a very simple way. However, I needed a lot more customization for my needs. I was surprised how the customer support team were so willing to work with me and add in custom features to my exact specifications. I would give this 10/5 stars if I could just for the customer support alone.

I needed a way for customers to enter info for personalized products. This app works perfectly. And when I had an issue (my mistake), their customer service was quick to help.

The app solved my challenge of having a customized box for my product. When I could not solve it by myself, the support team was amazing and very helpful. The platform has easy navigation which is one of the reasons why I chose it. I would recommend AvisPlus for more companies and support their growing app.

This app and all the staff involved are amazing. So quick and efficient. I work full time and for me to complete what I wanted from the app would have taken me so long. I was contacted via Instagram by Molly initially who helped me. She was fantastic. Then Amy took over and finished the job. Everything was seamless from start to finish. If there is a Shopify APP and a team behind it that works flawless, it is this APP. It is very easy to use and the instant help and fluent English conversation with Molly and the background developer work is sensational. 10 stars for you all. Did I say, that it is a free APP?

I absolutely love this app. So easy to install. Creates MULTIPLE product options and the support team is live and ready to help. Would highly recommend this if you need to create different product options.

Encountered this app for free. apparently it does what others paid apps do. And personally, the results are much more neat and clean than others. Customer service is prompt. Great app i'd say

I installed the option app so I could have color swatch options and not let it affect my inventory because my items are made-to-order. I was looking for more customization than the basic app and so I reached out for help on their chat. I chatted with Molly and she was so incredibly helpful! I explained everything I was looking for and she communicated clearly what I could do. I am totally in awe of how my site looks now, it is a total dream come true. I can not recommend this app enough!
