I've been with Aweber for years and have no complaints.
Terrible Experience - Clunky Interface and Poor Customer Service I've been thoroughly disappointed with AWeber. The interface is incredibly clunky and difficult to navigate, making simple tasks more time-consuming than they should be. To make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal—responses are slow and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without solutions. After struggling with AWeber, I switched to Klaviyo, and the difference is night and day. Klaviyo is far superior in terms of ease of use, features, and customer support. I wouldn't recommend AWeber to anyone; save yourself the headache and choose a better platform like Klaviyo.

Terrible.... actually make that NO customer service.
Unbelievable. AWeber force a move to use this app (or another more expensive app that is simply not required) and when trying to connect to AWeber from my Shopify store, the link goes to a 404 error page. And of course the LIve chat is not live and I have to wait over 48 hours to get a response from a person. Not a good start! I received your response via Shopify and not directly so when you wrote 'let you know if there are still issues', I am wondering how you anticipate I can do that when you did not provide an email address!!?? Finally fixed by using Chrome but apparently by accident as Combidesk reported no issue on their side despite informing me that at least one other customer had the same problem but had to use Edge to make the installation . Still awaiting a response to questions as to the correct setup as the help area is years out of date, and the wording is unclear.
Hi Kel, Sorry for the late response. We tried to replicate your 404 experience, but couldn't find it. Did you install this: https://apps.shopify.com/aweber when logged into Shopify? When you try this link and still see the 404 error, please try and use a different browser. I hope that clears it up! Do let me know though if you still have questions 👍
Have had the app installed for 5 days with several problems and its impossible to get any support or help. Not very impressed and extremely frustrated as it's affecting my new shopify website I have just published.

I have been using Aweber for a while. The staff is very friendly with a professional approach. They will help you with every step you need to implement.
App has made it incredibly easy to connect to my email list with AWeber. Staff is very available if you need. Glad I found it! Thank you!
THE PRICE OF 5 PER MONTH IS NOT CORRECT!! The correct price is 16.15 /mo IF AND ONLY IF billed anually and IF less than 500 subscribers. The correct price goes form $16.15 to $149/mo depending on the ammount of subscribers.

It works great! You have your accounts linked on your main Aweber and it is easy to manage your lists - Recommended
I used this app to connect a pop-up subscription window on my store to a subscriber list in AWeber. The app took minutes to setup and in combination with the sign-up forms creator in AWeber I had a fully integrated solution very quickly. Great app, easy to setup and use, great instructions. Excellent app, exactly what I needed at a great price. Connects my store to my Aweber list seamlessly, and I can watch my list grow by the day. Intuitive to use. Highly recommended!
Seems to be working well for my business. Automation is the way to go and we're very please we did this.
In the beginning for the first week, nothing was working - broadcasts did not send out, welcome emails, etc. I had to contact support 2 times without useful help but opon the 3rd time writing with live chat , the issue was fixed: There was a random spam filter put onto my emails, so they were locked. After the filter was removed, everything was running smoothly after that! So from testing AWeber I can say: It has a really good, easy E-Mail-Builder and easy to setup campaigns It sadly has no simple possibility to create Abandoned Cart-Emails It synches very well with shopify, but needed 2 weeks to get set-up for me. For that it gets 3 stars from me. It would be 5 if there were no issues in the beginning.

Awesome app, very easy setup. I tried a couple other email apps and this one is defiantly the best.
This is a great tool especially if you already use aweber for other parts of your business
It's a good tool to use and full automation with tracking.
Has worked like a champ for us.
