No chat support,
Hey there, as a solo developer, it would be impossible for me to support thousands of stores via chat. I've replied to all of your emails as soon as possible, and I'm happy to continue providing in-depth support with detailed explanations, as I do to all of my customers.

I've responded to multiple of your emails, I've explained how to update products and collections, I've explained that you need to update to a bigger plan if you want to export 5,000 products (as listed on the plans page). Fantastic app for creating feeds. We've been using it for several years now, and whenever there are requests or issues that need fixing, the developer is always ready to help, and we always find a solution together. I can highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to have full control over their feeds!

This app has made setting up our multi-currency, multi-warehouse facebook feeds effortless. It works great with the new Shopify markets multi-location inventory feature and the support from the team has been second to none. Highly recommend.

Excellent app! My favourite for running dynamic product ads across Facebook and Instagram. Reliable and has a few nifty features lacking in other apps.

Love this app! I tried several other apps and hands down this is the best one. Support is amazing, I asked a question and they provided a solution immediately. I would highly recommend everyone try this app before any of the others out there, you will not be disappointed!

Already loving this app. Easily loaded my catalogue into the FB shop and had plenty of quick and helpful support. I love how the app let's customers go through to our product pages, rather than straight to check-out. Very customer friendly. Thanks heaps guys.

If I could rate it higher I would! This app is the Best product feed app out there, and I tried a lot of them before... Not only that it is working great and rather intuitive, but the support team are also the best there is! Very fast to answer, helpful and nice, they are really making their way to help and solve every issue I had (even thou most of the issues and questions I had were related to Facebook catalog and not the app itself!) If you're like me, you've tried several feed apps that we're loaded with "features", but are far too confusing or too bloated to actually perform. Deleted them all for this simple one. Contacted app developer about one feature that we were looking for ... and he just put it in for us. So, in summary Awesome lives up to its name ... it's AWESOME!

I've gone through all the feed apps. This is the only one that gives you EASY customizability and makes the broad DPA's work with proper categorization of your products. All others fail at this. When you have apparel products, you get the option of adding custom fields like colors (although they're already included in the field), but these can be added based on your inventory set-up. This is a godsend. Thank you for the amazing work!

Hands down the best app to organise your Facebook feeds. Have tried another app and can't believe how much better this one is. I've been able to do multiple feeds for different collections and this means my ads are much more accurately targeted. Don't hesitate, this app is a must have.
