We had already implemented AXENTRA in our parent brand Alpino, so it was a no brainer to bring it here as well. They cover pretty much everything we need, from logins to subscriptions and order management. Cheers to the team building this. Support has been top notch as always.

We’ve been using AXENTRA AI on our store for a while now—mainly for OTP login, social login, and the custom account page with order self-serve features. The login experience is honestly much smoother now. OTP and social sign-ins have reduced a lot of friction, especially for returning customers. We’ve seen fewer drop-offs there compared to earlier. The biggest difference, though, is the account page. Customers can track orders, reorder, and manage things on their own without reaching out to support. That alone has cut down a good amount of back-and-forth for our team. Setup was straightforward, and the team was helpful whenever we needed anything tweaked. Overall, it just feels like a cleaner, more controlled way to manage the customer experience instead of relying on multiple disconnected apps.

We’ve had a great experience using this app so far. The platform itself is smooth and easy to use, but what really stands out is the team behind it. They’ve been incredibly helpful and accommodating, often going beyond just providing a service and actually working hands-on with us to support our business growth. It genuinely feels like a partnership rather than just a tool.

We are using Axentra for a few months now and it has made life so much easier for our loyal customers. We are using the accounts centre and loyalty program. The interface is great, the setup is quick and the support is great. It seamlessly connects with shopify and is easy to use.
