We are using Axentra for a few months now and it has made life so much easier for our loyal customers. We are using the accounts centre and loyalty program. The interface is great, the setup is quick and the support is great. It seamlessly connects with shopify and is easy to use.

We’ve been using Customer Accounts by Axentra and it’s been incredibly helpful in improving our customer experience. They helped us with a couple of key issues – first, streamlining the user interface so it’s much more intuitive. Second, they resolved problems customers were having with accessing order details and shipping information, which also helped us lower the burden on our support team. Now everything is neatly arranged on one dashboard, making it so much easier for our customers to find what they need quickly. Support from Anish was super responsive and hands-on throughout. Game-changer for order management, cancellations & editing. Shopify doesn’t let customers cancel prepaid orders, so our team was stuck handling all those requests manually. With Customer Accounts by Axentra, that’s totally changed — now customers can cancel orders themselves within a time window we set. It’s taken a huge load off our support team and made things way smoother for customers too. Setup was quick, the team is super-responsive and they keep rolling out features that show they genuinely care about the customer experience. Highly recommend if you want to scale without the chaos!
