We’ve been using AXENTRA AI on our store for a while now—mainly for OTP login, social login, and the custom account page with order self-serve features. The login experience is honestly much smoother now. OTP and social sign-ins have reduced a lot of friction, especially for returning customers. We’ve seen fewer drop-offs there compared to earlier.
