If the platform hasn't launched yet, there shouldn't be a registration portal.

We have ads on facebook, taboola, pinterest, tiktok and google. We downloaded the app and connect to our axon account. We got disabled immediately, They took 10 days to tell us we got permanently disabled. No reason given, no ads launched, just the connection made. I give them 1/5 star because i cannot give them 0/5.

Kept seeing ad after ad on meta for this software so decided I'd give it a try, took a while just to be able to sign up, but finally got it working and went to install, the pixel won't connect to my store, gives me an error "Invalid value for type in block 'product_upsell_jNmgXm'. Type must be defined in schema." Sent to support 2 weeks ago, they responded a week later saying to uninstall and re-install and try again, lol, did that, still same error. Still waiting on support to escalate this to a developer like it should have been. If they resolve the issue or at least give me a real response I'll revise/update this review.

Platform blew through entire budget in a matter of one hour. Support admits that their platform is "volatile" in the beginning. So the paying customer suffers?! They also replied to my review saying "reach out to support." I already did and got no reply. Thanks for that generic response.
