This is the second app from Script Engine that we are using on our site, we have used the Wish List app for a couple of years and that is how we learned they had released a Back in Stock app. After reviewing it and getting in touch with the developers, they soon confirmed that they would soon be implementing an integration with Omnisend, the email marketing software we use, and based on this and the good experience with the Wish List app, we decided to migrate from our existing back in stock app to this one. The team have been very proactive and building our suggestions into the app and any that haven't been immediately possible they are reviewing and planning for the future, which is great. Being based in the UK and therefore on a different time zone can cause some difficulties in emergency situations but everything has always got resolved. We are now very happy being able to design exactly the emails we want and very accurately monitor opens, clicks and purchases. Plus the design of the app and admin is nice, easy to set up as well. Thanks to the Script Engine team for being very patient with us and getting us up and running!
