The Back in Stock app has been a fantastic addition to our store. It was very easy to set up, and the "Notify Me" form looks clean and professional. I really appreciate how customizable the app is—we were able to match the form with our store's design and even add icons to the button. The app works exactly as expected by automatically collecting customer subscriptions and sending back-in-stock notifications when products become available again. This has helped us capture potential sales that we would have otherwise missed. What truly stands out is the support team. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us customize the "Notify Me" form exactly the way we wanted. Every question was answered quickly, and they genuinely cared about our requirements. Overall, this is a reliable and feature-rich Back in Stock solution with excellent customer support. Although we have only recently started using the app, we are already very happy with it. It helps us improve our customers’ experience on the website by giving them the option to sign up for “Notify me when in stock” alerts, which is extremely useful for both customers and our team. The biggest highlight for us has been the support team. Their support staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They assisted us a lot with the entire setup process, answered all our questions quickly, and made everything much easier for us. We are very grateful for their help and are looking forward to continuing to use the app.

Great app for my products when they are listed within collections. The dev team is working on making sure that the app also works on "featured product" website blocks. Jay from the team has been quick and responsive, very pleased with my experience thus far

Installed the app and it worked great, fast forward 30 days and it stopped working. Reached out to them for help and they had it fixed in no time! This has been a great option to collect emails and phone numbers from our customers. Most of these apps only allow you to collect emails

Coming soon and back in stock are working great. The app is fully friendly and saves you time to handle this important services for your e-shop. When i needed some assistance for some aspects the customer support was absolutely fantastic and helped me handle this with no hesitation. Installing the app was the best choice we made. This app has really enhanced our ability to market products before release and while sold out. Their support staff is extremely helpful. The extra features in the paid version were well worth it.
