Responsive customer support when I wanted to modify the look of my coming soon badges on my site.
Although we have only recently started using the app, we are already very happy with it. It helps us improve our customers’ experience on the website by giving them the option to sign up for “Notify me when in stock” alerts, which is extremely useful for both customers and our team. The biggest highlight for us has been the support team. Their support staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They assisted us a lot with the entire setup process, answered all our questions quickly, and made everything much easier for us. We are very grateful for their help and are looking forward to continuing to use the app.
Surprisingly quick customer support. Hadn't even finished to set-up when one of their agents intervened to help me.

We’re very happy with the Back In Stock Alert app. It’s easy to use and works perfectly for our store. Jay provided outstanding support and guided us through everything we needed. The entire team has been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. It’s rare to find such great customer service—definitely recommend this app!

Installed the app and it worked great, fast forward 30 days and it stopped working. Reached out to them for help and they had it fixed in no time! This has been a great option to collect emails and phone numbers from our customers. Most of these apps only allow you to collect emails

Coming soon and back in stock are working great. The app is fully friendly and saves you time to handle this important services for your e-shop. When i needed some assistance for some aspects the customer support was absolutely fantastic and helped me handle this with no hesitation. Installing the app was the best choice we made. Thank you for everything.

This app has really enhanced our ability to market products before release and while sold out. Their support staff is extremely helpful. The extra features in the paid version were well worth it.

It's rare to find Apps that actually do what they promise to. But this one is easy to use, very functional and allows me to control my products availability. Very powerful for such a simple app. Easy to use and amazing support right in the app itself. So far 5 star product and support.
