Just installed the app and it's great! Quick to install and get started and Razie messaged me right away asking if I needed help and even offered a suggested improvement that looked great! I tested out the Notify Me feature and it's working perfectly!

Good so far, had a little tech trouble customizing my brand colors, but customer service responded timely via the chat and helped me out.

After researching all the back in stock alerts, I settled on this one mainly due to the reviews, but also because of customizable it is. Within seconds of having the app installed cs rep Narges was on a chat with me offering to match the look and feel of the custom store. The customer service here is amazing and made this task not even work for me. Great service, great product.

So the setup was time-consuming due to a couple of issues and a tiny learning curve but Razie (Chat Support) saved the day with proficiency and problem-solving. Also, Razie offered me email design customization which is appreciated. Looking forward to observing the performance.

Hasta el momento, una app súper útil para notificar a nuestros clientes las reposiciones de stock de forma automática. Llevamos pocos días con ella y aún no hemos conseguido ninguna venta directa, pero la atención al cliente por su parte es formidable!

I had a message pop up on my dashboard, which as a non-tech person, I didn't understand. I went onto the chat system and had a reply almost immediately. The person I dealt with was easy to understand, had very clear explanations and answered my query perfectly! Thank you Judy Wood (Auckland, NZ)

Just installed great app so far, support team are very responsive and helpful, had some troubles installing onto my site but the support team made it so simple and got it up and running swiftly

Just what i needed. The notification button blended perfectly with my theme and now my back in stock emails are automated. The support team, especially Nareh were fantastic and helped set everything up for me seamlessly as soon as i installed.

Great fast and professional help, doing alot of the complicated work for you with installing the app, within seconds of downloading the app i had a message to offer assistance with installation and ideas on what would work best on my page. having a notify me when back in stock makes the page soo much more professional, a great add on for your professional web page, and in time hopefully stops lost sales with the notification button.
