The customer service team are so helpful and responsive. They reached out and suggested specific changes for my website that were great and suited my theme! It a pretty straightforward app to use and the rest runs work. So far so good! Lookin forward to customers trying this out.

So far so good. Customers seem to be using it right out the gate. Free plan didn't last very long with high volume of use but it's looking to be useful app which we hope generates more revenue! Jeepandtruckparts.com

Great app, great product. Customer service is very helpful also and goes above and beyond. Hasti helped with an inventory location issue, then also volunteered and helped move some things around with our buttons and design that was not on our radar. 10/10 recommend.

I am brand-new to using this app but it was so easy to customize. And once I did, I even got an email shortly thereafter with additional customization suggestions, that made it so much better. They showed me before/after images of the layout of my product page, and once I approved, they made the changes for me, free of charge. I can only imagine if I run into any issues, they will be just as responsive and helpful as they have been in the first few minutes of me installing the app. Thanks Nareh and Team :)

This app is basic but does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it well. I like that the widget, notifications and text can all be edited, and discounts can be added to the email. More importantly, the customer support is available by real-time chat, is responsive and helpful. They changed the look and location of the widget for me and suggested other enhancements to the customer experience. That's key since it means getting help quickly instead of sending an email and waiting for a reply in 1-2 days. Fixes with this type of app usually need to happen quickly.
