Too pricey and hard to uninstall this app. Free only covers a few things. Also, the first person helping me couldn't even help me to remove the app or tell me how. There should be an uninstall button to no longer see this app in my app store.

I signed up for this app and immediately got a live chat help box pop up letting me know that this was being set up for my site, what it looked like and if I was happy with it. I was but had an additional question as to how not have this option on some of my One Of A Kind pieces. Nareh showed me a step by step tutorial that allowed me to make those changes to my site. I don't think I've ever received quicker customer service before!

Very helpful app and support staff. My product was sold out and I needed to create a way for potential customers to be notified when it came back in stock. Installed the app and when I ran into minor issue they were able to help me get it up and running very quickly.

Great support team, I needed to edit a feature to match my store location. Reached out and got all the help I needed in no time. Ultra fast service and was able to do exactly what I had in mind. To be specific I wanted to remove the sms opt in option as I did not want to confuse my customer (I wanted to only have the email option). It was done extremely fast and just how I wanted it

This does exactly as advertised, with great tools for customizing appearance on page. Took under a half an hour to implement and had customers requesting notifications within a few hours. Hengam's Customer service was excellent as well. I had a technical conflict with DKIM authorization when sending from a custom email, and they immediately addressed the problem and began working on an alternate solution for me. Great all around.
