So I have been a Shopify merchant for the past couple of months, and since we deal in a huge variety of products we happen to have lots of different apps and this was one that we needed as well. In these past months we have used lots of apps for different things and happened to talk to the customer services of those apps as well. But this app, in its category, is the BEST of all; you just should not look anywhere else. AND the customer service that we have got, is LITERALLY beyond words. MELIKA from the team went out of her way to build us a feature that the app isn't supposed to give, she kept us posted for all the little things that we wanted to have for that particular feature, and was all the way there till the end to build us what we wanted and beyond. She is AMAZING, literally.! If you are a Perfectionist like me, just don't look beyond this app.!

The new update has so many great new features and the customer service is amazing! I asked for new features and Hasti said she would bring the requests to the team, 10/10 service. Can't wait to see what's to come.

There have been many instances where I needed to reach out to support due to archiving and deleting products that were requested through the APP from my customers. I had Melicka and Hasti help me on different occasions and I am so thankful to have such a great app with an amazing support team. They were able to get me squared away!

AMAZING SERVICE. every time I need help, they respond quickly, I get an email and they are right on it and have fixed it all. Also, the app works great and is always sending out my restocks, LOVE THIS APP. Melicka was great!

This app has helped me so much, i use it to gather emails from people whilst certain items are out of stock. I had one problem which the developers fixed immediately. They are very friendly too.

Simple, intuitive, and effective. We ran into an issue with some coding placement after setting up, so we reach out to the customer support team, fearing this would take some time to fix.
