Customer service is 10/10. Thanks to Delaram and Melika for helping me about my subscription upgrade. This app helps me generate more sales and makes my customers notified whenever my products are back in stock. More power to this company and keep it up!

Customer service is 10/10. I was struggling with a button placement problem. Chatted with Narges via the Notify Me! chat bubble, and my problem was solved in 2 minutes (no exaggeration). I was even offered suggestions to improve my call to action. I am BLOWN AWAY!!! What an amazing resource. Thank you Narges for your help. <3

La verdad es que Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert es una app super útil de Shopify. Y es muy sencilla de utilizar, yo lo acabo de hacer en la página web de la marca para la que trabajo y una mujer muy maja del soporte técnico me ha resuelto todo súper eficaz! En media hora tenía mi botón personalizado con el color que quería y en el sitio que quería de la página de producto. Muy recomendable! El servicio 10/10

Great product! We've seen a significant uplift in sales and customer satisfaction from this app. It also means we are selling any returned items (otherwise out of stock) by Customers, very quickly, rather than having that stock linger around. We're very pleased. Thank you.

We're still in our first week of using the app and looking forward to seeing how this contributes to sales growth, but have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service. We have needed to make a few tweaks to the aesthetics and function of the button for our website, and the speed, accommodation, and little back and forth from the customer service team has been surprisingly great!

Customer service was on point. Very quick to fix a button issues I had as well as the length of the button. They answer immediately which is impressive. Well done.
