Above and beyond service! Exactly what I was looking for! The attention to detail the team provided was so much more than I expected. I was using app "Waitlisted" and they never responded to me.

Immediately after installing the app, the team were in touch to help me make the button look as great as possible. Lots of Shopify apps ask you to video call them etc, but these guys don't. Just a simple instant message chat to tell them what you want, and within a couple of minutes, it's installed and ready to go. Great support.

Fabulous support! Nareh offered to help me with all of our issues and quickly solved them. She went above and beyond to help us adjust colors and fonts, and so much more than any other support team I have ever encountered. Great app!

I downloaded this app to help capture restock alerts. Narges (customer care specialist) went ABOVE and BEYOND. She made awesome suggestions, fixed the button and the settings and added a nice hover effect to the button. I can't recall ever having someone go above and beyond, especially to help my store. 10/10 would recommend! Super helpful, speedy response and friendly. THANK YOU NARGES!

Very good. Opened chat to ask a query about another plan. Melika was extremely helpful and our issue was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Melika then suggested removing the "Buy Now' button to make our 'Notify Me' button my visible. Great customer service from start to finish. We may not utilise all the app has to offer with our type of business but we can not help but still see value in the product. Any company that regularly sells out of items and wants to build an email marketing list; this app is perfect.
