Installed 5 hours and received 3 emails for them to be notified. The app suddenly stops working. I can't see the app to even take down the emails and it doesn't show up in my store. I just lost 3 potential sales.

We reviewed your account and can see that the app was installed yesterday, only a few hours before this review was posted. Your store is currently on our FREE plan, which does not include the automatic email notification feature, so no back-in-stock emails would have been sent automatically by the app. We also checked our support inbox and have not received any email or support request from your store yesterday or today. We would have been happy to investigate this immediately. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened, including why the app may no longer be appearing or working on your store. We've been using this app for years and it does exactly what it needs to. At a glance we can see what's out of stock and what's running low, place an order, done. No fuss, no overcomplicated dashboard. Does one thing well and keeps on doing it. Highly recommend for any small store that doesn't want to think too hard about inventory.

We've been using this app for 4 years, and it has been extremely helpful for us and for our customers. At this point, we couldn't live without it, as it saves us so much time and energy not having to contact each customer individually when a product is back in stock. Whenever a hot item is back in stock, our sales rise automatically within minutes! Setup and integration are seamless, and we never have any issues with updates. Highly recommend!
