I’m disappointed to see a 1-star review instead of a quick message through the chat. Two of the issues you raised could have been resolved in minutes if you had contacted me or simply opened the app’s settings page. As clearly described in the app, JPG images don’t support transparency. There’s a built-in option to automatically convert them to PNG so the background can be removed. There’s also an HD setting to improve image quality dramatically. I always encourage merchants to reach out first : I can resolve most problems very quickly when given the chance.
