Solei Sea review for Pre‑order Manager Pro

We run a footwear brand with a fairly complicated pre-order setup — around 130 variants across two dozen styles, split orders, and a container arriving mid-campaign. This app handles all of it, and the split-order feature in particular has been the difference between taking pre-orders and not. What made me write a review is the support. We hit two genuine edge cases in our setup, and both times I got a clear technical explanation the same day and an actual fix to our account within 24 hours — not "we'll add it to the roadmap." Jesse also talked me out of enabling a setting that would have caused us problems, which is not what most vendors do. If you're doing pre-orders at any real scale, especially with mixed carts, this is the one.
