Great App, super easy to use, you never really need a backup.....UNTIL you NEED IT. Will keep this as long as I am with Shopify :)

It works. It's priced right. Hopefully I never need it to do a restore but for peace of mind it's great to have this in place. I know how easy it is to goof things up when you add some other app and try it out then remove it and it leaves things a mess in your store. Been there. Done that. Got Talon for backups!

This app works just as described. It gives me real piece of mind for a low price every month to know that all my site files are being backed up, not just the data files but the theme files as well

This app work seamlessly with Shopify. My backups are automatically done and it's one less thing I have to worry about.

I have not had to restore yet, but the auto backups are a great feature that help me sleep at night when making large product changes. So far so good!

This is a good basic backup app. Free product version works, helps with any mistakes during product modification. Looking at moving to the paid version, will update once i see what that looks like. Not all the bells and whistles that the app recommended by Shopify Plus has. Cost on the basic paid version will be about 4% of what the other app would have cost us. No customer or order backups but it gets all the main components.

Very easy to install - haven't tried to restore anything so far but hopefully it is as easy as the installation.

Very cool app. I've always had a small level of anxiety about accidentally deleting my product catalogue or theme. This app relieves that. Nice job!

Nice app, in the free version it only backs up your products but that is only what i need

So far so good - I appreciate the free version to backup my product info. May be upgrading at some point to get it all backed up. Everything is well organized in this app - easy to use.

Very easy to setup and very easy to use :) Much more affordable than other backup apps. Perfect for our needs.

We have two backup apps installed for maximum protection, this one and one other. Both apps are excellent. Talon does a great job with individual blog recovery (we have tested this as we prep our blogs) and individual product recovery, which we have used multiple times to experiment with different product descriptions and changes. We use another excellent app from this developer as well, the recently viewed app is also great.

Everyone should have a back up for their store! I was about to attempt a mass export/import of a change to my listings and realized how important it would be to have a back up if things went sideways. Also appreciated the privacy concerns about not saving customer and order information. I enter that data to my own books every month, so that part wasn't needed for me. I have the paid version. Very happy I found your app and I'm more than happy to pay for it - the price is reasonable for the peace of mind. Thanks, Diane
