Customer service is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a nice experience working with them to create a barcode that was small enough to fit on my product cards while still showing all the necessary information. Ivy was extremely helpful and she created a template for me. Great tool so far!

I just signed up to use Magestore and was struggling to figure it out. Ivy, from Magestore showed up in the pop up and was helpful beyond belief on getting me set up. She helped me with so many things to get this set up and I can't express enough how easy she made it for me and was so so helpful. Magestore really helped us to print the barcodes on customised sticker sheet size which is not possible to do in other apps. Its easy to navigate through the app. Ms. Ivy was of great support and handled our query very patiently and followed up until solved. Thanks a lot.

Magestore were responsive to our requests and have added additional functionality to their app to enable us to customise the font, size, number of rows and size of the barcode on the templates. Great result and easy to use.

Having custom scannable barcodes for use on the Shopify POS app have been a game changer for us, and having Magestore has been an integral part of that. We had some issues setting up but their customer support were amazing at iron out the kinks quickly and getting us going. Really great, responsive customer support team, and surprisingly good with implementing customer feedback on their updates.

Very happy with the app, the support is great, response time is generally excellent and they listen to feedback. We had issues in the beginning but they addressed it quickly, and the new pricing plans are flexible and good.
