I have specific needs for my label, and they were willing and able to help me get set up with a format that worked for me! Rock on! Ivy worked with me and even took over with screen sharing to make adjustments to the printer label settings that were outside of my skill set. What a star! 5 out of 5!

Have had cause to contact support twice since starting to use the product - great response each time and issues resolved. Test printing before contacting support used up some of my 'free' barcodes - other than that, so far the app works, the options on the free version suit our small business and certainly it has been relatively easy to get set up and running

Wow! I'm honestly speechless at the level of customization this app allows! Exactly what I was looking for! The support is outstanding. I've had different stores in Shopify and used dozens of apps, but I've never received support like I received from them, particularly Ivy. She went literally above and beyond, knew exactly how to solve my issues, and did it extremely fast with no back and forth. Truly amazed!

Trustworthy application well made, Ivy brought to me good accurate information and help to set up the UPC and TGIN to the products.

Ivy was great in helping me setup my custom label. It wasn't quite printing right but she stayed with me and tried various settings until the issue was resolved. I appreciate her patience and willingness to stay with me until the issue was resolve. Great customer service!

Getting the "proper format" can be tricky. However, the customer support was always friendly and helpful and replenished the "errors" we had trying to get things perfect.

Ivy has been great in supporting me throughout to set up my barcodes perfectly! I could not have achieved it without her help. Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched. Thank you once again!

INCREDIBLE! No other app was able to print our unicode fonts and we had a bit of an issue with the correct paper size printing, but got VIP support from Ivy (shoutout). It will be the only app we use from now on. Amazing!
