Support service by Ivy was exceptionally good. I have never experienced such wonderful service in revent past. She was so quick to respond to all questions and find solution to all my queries. Once again thanks a lot.

Excellent customer support. I was having issues getting my Mac to recognize my lable printer, and Ivy was able to assist me with the problem and also issue a credit for the labels that were wasted in the product. I continue to be amazed by the ease of this app and great customer service!

I've had an excellent experience so far with their attentive and knowledgeable support team. I ran into an issue with alignment during printing, and they quickly resolved it by suggesting an alternative printing method that worked perfectly. Jay from support was especially helpful—thoughtful, focused, and truly committed to resolving my concerns. A+ service all around.
