Overall: Fantastic! Had one little issue I just couldnt get on top of in the very beginning. Sent an email, a reply only an hour ago, a video call only a few hours later, problem solved. This is a great app. With this app you can match the service of eBay which allows your customers to make offers on items you feel there is room for lower prices. If you feel the offer is not acceptable you can even do a counteroffer. This app has been a long-awaited option for those of us that have websites. In this case working well and complementing Shopify. Although the app is free at the moment, I have opted to pay the $10 per month which sees me receiving notifications of offers made assuring I am prompt in replying. The support although not needed to date has been encouraging as I have been in contacted with them and their response is fantastic.
