PriceMate – Make An Offer

This is a great app. With this app you can match the service of eBay which allows your customers to make offers on items you feel there is room for lower prices. If you feel the offer is not acceptable you can even do a counteroffer. This app has been a long-awaited option for those of us that have websites. In this case working well and complementing Shopify. Although the app is free at the moment, I have opted to pay the $10 per month which sees me receiving notifications of offers made assuring I am prompt in replying. The support although not needed to date has been encouraging as I have been in contacted with them and their response is fantastic. This APP has been a very good experience so far. Shakil in customer service and several others have been very nice and understanding beginning from the install as I am on a third party theme and it was not an easy setup because of this. Customer service went even further to the point to help me colorize the negotiating form on my home pages as some of those options also were not available due to my theme restrictions. So far they have been very helpful in finding answers to anything that needed to be done to conform to the behavior of my theme and have basically made a situation that could have been unworkable actually work like a normal store using a Shopify theme would work in regards to compatibility. I know this has caused the girls in customer service some extra work and it is greatly appreciated, and I love the finished product ! I think the app is a wonderful idea to begin with and it would seem that it would serve its purpose in any type of store with the way everyone's finances are today, it can do nothing but good to make a person feel like they were able to control their pricing and feel like they made their own bargain ! Great job to the girls in customer service for their attention to detail and responsiveness ! Keep up the good work !
