Easy to use platform on the back-end -- also, this is a much better customer-facing UI than any other rewards app we've tried testing. The best part of this app is the personalized attention and service that the team offers - no having to talk with a chatbot or support chat window. Ron has been amazing at getting our account up and running and we've already seen an uptick in customers signing up and more people redeeming points based on his recommendations.

If you need an reviews, something like trustpilot, which still costs and fortune, then you should strongly consider Bayrewards. The team is awesome with a small company vibe and great onboarding process and they have all the features you want so I am here to recommend them to you. Thanks and good luck to all

we're a small business in Las Vegas, NV. for a LONG time now, we were having trouble finding a loyalty program that wasn't complicated, that allowed some customization, and had referrals attached. BayRewards fit exactly what we needed before and need today! the account support we've received is SUPREME. every question and concern on the platform that we had on "can we do this" or "we want this but don't know how to build it." to the people higher up in their company, I hope you recognize Mace P. for his everlasting assistance on our account! the guy is VERY personable and knows how to get things done while being polite. I'm happy to work with him again!
